He’s not cute. He destroys crops meant for human consumption (a favorite of his is nuts) and pasture meant for cattle, sheep and other livestock. He is a major pest.
However, that is not the most dangerous thing about this creature. He carries fleas that may cause plague. When the rodent is aggressively eliminated with baits, those fleas look for other warm- blooded hosts. These hosts may be human, pets or wildlife.
Now, Kaput Rodent Control Products has come up with a way to solve this problem. We have the first and only product that controls the rodents and their fleas - Kaput-D Combo Bait®.
Recommended Application:
Number of fleas near burrow entrances after use of Combo Bait, no-bait Control plots, and 0.01% diphacinone (DPN) only ground squirrel bait. Rodenticides alone trigger dramatic increases in flea numbers near burrow entrances, while searching for new hosts.
We have spent years developing and testing this brand new technology. Kaput-D Combo Bait® for California Ground Squirrels and its fleas has been thoroughly tested in the field and in the lab.
